THIS STATEMENT IS FOUNDED ON OUR CHARTER 

COMPANY / EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

·         Barossa Engineering Services is working towards third party audited Quality Management and OHS system and all aspects and policies forming part of these systems must be adhered to.

·         Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our company’s philosophy and all efforts are to be made to ensure each customer you deal with on behalf of this company is satisfied with their contact.

·         Barossa Engineering Services values each and every employee and expect that all employees be treated with respect and courtesy.

·         Any behaviour that is deemed to be or could be construed as workplace bullying shall be acted upon and in serious cases formal disciplinary action will be taken.

·         When wearing the Barossa Engineering Services uniform you are an ambassador for the company and we expect your appearance to be neat and tidy and conduct to be in keeping with the company’s policies.

·         Barossa Engineering Services has built a reputation for prompt service and high quality installations and at no time is this to be compromised if at any time there is problems with achieving these goals within cost or time restraints bring it to the attention of the responsible management team person.

·         If employees have any issues in regard to personal, job related, safety or suggestions for improvement please use the appropriate communication systems i.e. the Communication Book or for more urgent or personal issues feel free to approach the most appropriate member of the management team.
