·         Effective communication and consultation processes to ensure all personnel are kept informed about and are consulted with, in relation to matters concerning occupational health and safety.

·         Information, training and supervision to ensure all personnel have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties in a safe manner.

·         Evaluation and reporting of the system’s performance by internal and external auditing bodies to measure our progress and ensure our targets are met as we continually improve our occupational, health and safety system.

·         Injury Management systems and processes that are fair to employees.

·         Compliance to the South Australian Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare Act (1986) and consolidated regulations (1995).
